The winners of the Muciara Short Film Festival

Prize Muciara Short Film Festival

First place: 500.00 Euros in Amazon voucher
A world free of Crisis di Ted Hardy-Carnac

by Ted Hardy-Carnac Motivation of the jury: “The short film has an excellent starting idea, which is developed better and better as the story progresses. A far-reaching narrative, a marked ability to make the characters real (the protagonist, her teacher friend, the latter's companion), for whom one feels empathy. The future society represented is always credibly staged. The suspended ending is very powerful ”.

Second place: Weekend for two at a tourist village
Gronde Marmaille di Clémentine Carrié

Motivation of the jury: “Figuratively beautiful, made of sun and rain, of lightning and earth, of forces of nature as tangible as the power of the little protagonist. The power of being a child is opposed to the routine of adults. A short film angry, but also serene”.

Third place: Basket of typical local products.
Faces di Iván Sainz-Pardo

Motivation of the jury: “Well direct and well interpreted. The theme is extremely contemporary: it aligns with a certain human science fiction which, today, is particularly present in the production of contemporary cinema. At the same time, the short film never appears derivative but, on the contrary, extremely personal".
